Procedure

Take a cup of water and heat it for 5 minutes and then take another cup of ice water .cut the bell pepper top and remove the seeds and membrane boil these pepper in water take a use a sharp knife to carve a jack-o-lantern face into one side of each pepper. Return the water to again boil add macaroni and cook for 5 minutes reserve one cup of water and drained it heat the half-and half and add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted now add the macaroni and stir to combine add these mixture in bell pepper and close it with bell pepper top and serve
